My husband and I visited Cozumel after Beulah in 1967. The island was at this time not the tourist destination it has since become, but with the hurricane damage to the island and subsequent cancellations, upon our arrival at Christmastime 1967 we found an almost tourist-free island. It was delightful for us albeit very hard on the islanders.
